Le bâtiment B11 de l'Hôpital de La Tour est une construction récente dédiée aux activités médicales et administratives du campus hospitalier de Meyrin. BAYA Management a été mandaté par Family Office privé pour assurer l'économie de la construction et la direction des travaux relatifs à la transformation complète de 400 m² de plateaux de bureaux au sein de cet immeuble en pleine exploitation.

Building B11 of Hôpital de La Tour is a purpose-built facility accommodating medical and administrative functions on the Meyrin hospital campus. BAYA Management was retained by Family Office privé to provide construction economics and works management for the complete transformation of 400 m² of office floors within this fully operational building.

La contrainte principale de cette mission était l'intervention en milieu hospitalier occupé. Les travaux de transformation — cloisonnements, revêtements de sol et de plafond, installations techniques (électricité, CVSE, câblage réseau) — ont été conduits selon un phasage précis, établi en coordination étroite avec les équipes opérationnelles de l'hôpital. À aucun moment les activités médicales et administratives du bâtiment n'ont été interrompues.

The defining constraint of this commission was the requirement to work within an occupied hospital environment. Fit-out works — partitioning, floor and ceiling finishes, technical installations (electrical, HVAC, data cabling) — were carried out to a strict phasing plan established in close coordination with the hospital's operational teams. At no point were the medical or administrative activities of the building interrupted.

BAYA a établi le descriptif technique complet des travaux, piloté les appels d'offres, négocié les contrats d'entreprise et assuré la direction de chantier jusqu'à la réception des ouvrages, phases SIA 41 à 53. Le suivi budgétaire, conduit en temps réel, a permis de maîtriser les coûts sur l'ensemble des lots. Le projet a été livré dans le respect du programme et du calendrier contractuel.

BAYA prepared the complete technical specification, managed the tender process, negotiated construction contracts, and provided on-site works management through to formal handover, SIA phases 41 to 53. Real-time budget monitoring ensured cost control across all work packages. The project was delivered in full compliance with the agreed programme and contractual schedule.
