Le projet comprenait un changement d'usage partiel, avec une refonte complète des espaces de vie pour les adapter à de nouveaux usages résidentiels de qualité.

BAYA Management provided works management and owner's representative services for the transformation of two apartments located at Terreaux, in the heart of Lausanne. The project involved a partial change of use, with a complete overhaul of the living spaces to adapt them to new quality residential uses.

Les travaux ont porté sur le rafraîchissement complet des appartements : remplacement des cuisines, rénovation des sols (parquet et carrelage), réfection des plafonds et intervention sur les cloisons intérieures. Une attention particulière a été portée à la qualité des matériaux et à la cohérence architecturale de l'ensemble, dans un immeuble de caractère bénéficiant d'une localisation exceptionnelle.

The works covered the complete renovation of the apartments: replacement of kitchens, renovation of floors (parquet and tiling), refurbishment of ceilings and work on internal partitions. Particular attention was paid to the quality of materials and the architectural coherence of the whole, within a characterful building enjoying an exceptional location.
